草长莺飞
草长莺飞，形容江南暮春的景色。莺，就是黄鹂。
最早的出处是南朝的丘迟《与陈伯之书》：“暮春三月，江南草长，杂花生树，群莺乱飞。”
您更熟悉的可能是清代高鼎的《村居》：
草长莺飞二月天，拂堤杨柳醉春烟。
儿童散学归来早，忙趁东风放纸鸢。
小草长出了嫩绿的芽儿，黄莺在天上飞着，欢快地歌唱。那种万物复苏、欣欣向荣的气氛仿佛就在眼前。
万紫千红
万紫千红，形容百花齐放，色彩艳丽；多指繁盛的春色，也比喻事物丰富多彩。
出自南宋朱熹的《春日》：
胜日寻芳泗水滨，无边光景一时新。
等闲识得东风面，万紫千红总是春。
科教授觉得，直接用“万紫千红”，不如把整句诗都用上。
在作文里写一句“万紫千红总是春”，感觉意境一下子就提高了不少。
春和景明
春和景明，指春光和煦，风景鲜明艳丽。出自范仲淹《岳阳楼记》。
“至若春和景明，波澜不惊，上下天光，一碧万顷。”
意思是到了春风和煦，阳光明媚的时候，湖面平静，没有惊涛骇浪，天色湖光相连，一片碧绿，广阔无际。
春山如笑
春山如笑，意思是形容春天的山色明媚。
宋代郭熙在《林泉高致·山水训》中形容：
“春山澹冶而如笑，夏山苍翠而如滴，秋山明净而如妆，冬山惨淡而如睡。”
意思是春天的山恬淡艳丽，充满生机，好像正在微笑；
夏天的山葱茏翠绿，简直像要滴落下来；
秋天的山显得很明净，像是梳妆打扮过的美女；
冬天的山暗淡无色，像是带着愁容入睡。
把春山比作笑颜，郭熙的想象能力，科教授真的是自愧不如，怪不得他能在一句话里，留下“春山如笑”“苍翠欲滴”两个成语呢。
